Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and make-up air units.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Complete service calls efficiently with high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety policies and industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
• Identify opportunities for equipment repairs, upgrades, or replacements.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC systems—including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and make-up air units. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, and make-up air units.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Experience servicing commercial boilers, chillers, and cooling towers is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work from ladders, rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
