Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. No prior automotive experience is required as we train you to perform maintenance, inspections, and reliable service to our customers' vehicles.

You will complete oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while upholding safety standards and clear communication with customers. Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)

• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
