Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicle safety. You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service. No automotive experience required, and driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required.

You will perform oil changes, fluids, basic maintenance, and contribute to on-site and online training. Great entry into a long‑term career with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
