Drucker + Falk, LLC is looking for a Maintenance/Service Technician in Blacksburg, VA. This role involves performing repairs to vacant units, maintaining the property, and assisting in various maintenance tasks. The company offers training for candidates willing to learn.

The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in.
Experience preferred, but willing to train.
Weekend hours: Occasional Saturdays.
Duties performed both inside and outside, even in extreme temperatures of below 32 degrees and above 100 degrees.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current driver's license.
