Job summary

Lowcountry Foundation Repair is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will help customers with installed systems and offer additional solutions to protect their homes.

A base plus commissions structure supports earnings, along with a strong benefits package and a company truck for appointments. We value a customer-focused approach, physical readiness for fieldwork, and the ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of the main office with occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
• Be able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house.
• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl.
• Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of main office, with some overnight travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with systems already installed and provide additional solutions to protect homes.
• Represent the company professionally at customer appointments and follow up with solutions where needed.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. Service Technicians HELP our customers with systems we have already installed for them, as well as provide our customers with additional SOLUTIONS that they need to protect their homes.
