Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for homes and businesses. You will be the friendly face customers trust, responding to emergencies and ensuring safe, reliable service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and customer service. CDL-B with HazMat is preferred. This role offers local routes and night/weekend flexibility depending on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
