You will perform hands-on equipment repair and maintenance for dairy farm customers, traveling locally to resolve real equipment problems.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting and independent field work. The role requires ability to work Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation after training.

Service Technician / Maintenance Technician

Pay:$25–$28/hour
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Location:Mondovi, WI area
Full-Time Opportunity:Field service role performing hands‑on equipment repair and maintenance for dairy farm customers.

Are you aMaintenance Technician, Service Technician, or mechanically skilled professionallooking for work outside of a traditional shop environment? This opportunity allows you to use your troubleshooting and repair skills while traveling locally to solve real equipment problems for customers. No two service calls are exactly the same.

We are seeking a dependable technician with experience inHVAC, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, or general maintenance. Candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair milking systems, vacuum pumps, and bulk tank refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, contactors, relays, and wiring
• Service compressors and condensing units and check refrigerant levels
• Complete preventative maintenance and annual equipment upkeep
• Respond to incoming service calls and provide on‑site repairs
• Use hand tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
