Job summary

Central Ag Supply Inc. seeks a SERVICE / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN to install, service, and troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems across Juneau and Baraboo.

You’ll join a rotating 24/7 on-call team and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge ag technology. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of mechanical experience, strong English communication, and a curious mindset to learn dairy systems and cow physiology while building skills in robotics, electrical, plumbing,

Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical experience is required.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Must be able to commute to Juneau, WI or Baraboo, WI or relocate.
• Curiosity and ability to work with dairy systems and cow physiology are valuable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
• Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
• Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly

Experience:
