Job summary

Venture Solar is seeking a Solar Service Technician in Southington, CT to assist with repairing and maintaining roofing projects. The role requires carpentry, drywall, and rafters experience, with potential for advancement based on solar exposure. The position is full-time with 40+ hours per week, and overtime pay for hours over 40.

Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required, and electrical experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• $20.00-$27.00 per hour (Based on experience) With Solar Experience can go up to $28 an hour.
• Full time 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week
• Full benefits package
