Job summary

Bear Staffing is seeking Service Technicians for a career opportunity to refurbish modular buildings in Shakopee, MN. Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am–3:30pm. Pay rate: $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Construction experience is required.

Responsibilities include remodeling from top to bottom, carpentry and framing, tile prep, window install, and ensuring safe work practices. Rough carpentry and remodeling experience preferred, with background checks and drug testing.

• Rough carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation.
• Remodeling experience is required.
• Background check and drug testing.

Service Technician, Modular Building Remodeling

Shift: Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: Shakopee, MN

Pay Rate: $21.00 -$25.00

Currently seeking Service Technicians with any of the following skills: handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable carpenters and technicians to join their team, this is not a short-term position; it is a career opportunity. Construction experience is required.
