Ferrellgas seeks a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll be the friendly face customers trust, ensuring safety and reliable service across local routes, with opportunities for growth.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and on‑the‑spot problem solving, with the potential for additional duties based on demand. A strong safety mindset is essential for this hands‑on position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred)
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand
