OVERVIEW

As a Service Technician, you willbe responsible forinstalling,maintaining, and repairingfireplacefixturesfor residentialclients. Your role involves troubleshooting electrical issueswith lighting fixtures and fans.

Essential Functions of role

• Install, service, and repair gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplace systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and ventilation issues usingappropriate testingequipment and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintainaccurateservice records and prepare detailed reports outlining work performed, materials used, and recommended follow-up.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, local codes, and company standards while operating tools and equipment properly.
• Provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and meet established service timelines.
