Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Texas. You will be delivering professional remodeling, finish carpentry, and window/door installation services at customers' homes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

The role requires travel to customer locations, excellent communication, and the ability to complete warranty paperwork promptly. A valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team! As a Service Technician for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).
