Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This customer-facing role involves remodeling, finish carpentry, and installing windows in homes of various styles, with a strong emphasis on going the extra mile for homeowners.

You will assess and service windows/doors on-site, ensuring proper installation and operation, and you will travel to customers’ homes to perform repairs and complete warranty paperwork promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

As a Service Technician for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer facing role so you must be dedicated to working with homeowners to go the extra mile whenever necessary (and often even when it’s not!).
