Overview

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Pay is $40-$45 per hour, paid weekly, and based on experience and certifications. The successful candidate is eligible for a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles’ problems accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and factory standards.


• Complete maintenance tasks on vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards.


• Maintain an effective working relationship with customers.


• Communicate progress of repairs to service advisors and the parts department.


• Adhere to all safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Previous automotive technician experience required.


• ASE Certification is a plus.


• A valid driver’s license.


• Basic automotive knowledge and technical skills.


• Great communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.


• Ability to read, interpret, and explain car manufacturer service and warranty information.
