WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time maintenance position with a consistent schedule supporting store operations and customer service needs.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Service Technician, you'll diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal performance. You'll handle preventive maintenance, installations, and assist customers with clear explanations. Supporting the sales team with product knowledge and responding to service requests, you'll be the go-to expert. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate records, an organized workspace, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Basic computer and POS knowledge
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
• Basic sales support and product recommendation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs

Technical training or certifications, 1+ years of relevant experience, and prior work in a service or retail environment are preferred.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
