Electric Pump, LLC, a leading fluid handling equipment provider in the Upper Midwest, seeks a Service Technician to perform field service, maintenance, and repairs on pumps at municipal facilities.
You will travel regularly to customer sites, diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and upgrade systems while coordinating with customers and internal teams to minimize downtime.

Frequent travel required for the role; most often day travel.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5PM.

The Service Technician is responsible for providing field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, start-up, and repair support, primarily for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. This role works directly with customers to inspect, diagnose, and maintain fluid control equipment critical to plant operations. The Service Technician travels regularly to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, and equipment upgrades.
This job operates in a typical shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. There is also frequent use of power tools including saws and forklift. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or head. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of mechanical experience
Post-Secondary or Trade School degree in a Mechanical or Water Environment Technology program; or three to five (3 to 5) years of mechanical experience
