Job summary

KSi is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our equipment at customer sites in Kentucky. The role involves setup, alignment, anchoring of bins and conveyors, and routine maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in service work, possesses mechanical skills, can read measuring tools, and can lead and mentor Service Tech Assistants. Willingness to travel and work weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up equipment at customer sites, including aligning and anchoring bins, conveyors, and scale hoppers.
• Perform service work for KSi and other vendor equipment; execute SMPs and warranty service as needed.
• Travel for site installations and regular service calls; may have weekend trips.
• Ensure installation reports and final site photos are completed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; maintain professionalism at all times.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights as required; drive safely and comply with vehicle regulations.

The Service Tech is responsible forinstallation and servicing of KSi equipment at customer sites.

• Install/Set up equipment at customer sites including: aligningand anchoring bins, setting up and anchoring conveyors, setting upand anchoring scale hoppers/scales, and other miscellaneous items
  
• Service work for KSi and other vendor equipment as needed
  
• This includes performing Service and Maintenance Programs(SMP’s), warranty service work, and equipment service calls atexisting customer sites
  
• May be responsible to make emergency service trips on weekends periodically
  
• Responsible to make sure site installation report is completedand final installation pictures are taken
  
• Ability to work at heights of 40+ feet (for overbin conveyorsand other bin issues)
  
• Responsible to act, dress, and exhibit professionalism at alltimes (KSi and customer sites)
  
• Must exhibit a high degree of the following qualities:

• Responsible for safe and effective delivery of miscellaneous KSi equipment to customer site

Requirements
