Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is hiring an Installation/Service Technician to install and service CCTV, access control, alarms, and related security systems. The role requires hands-on technical ability, strong documentation, and the willingness to travel and work on-call as needed.

We seek an individual with 5+ years of field experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Competitive pay, health benefits, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years hands-on experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic computing.
  • Experience with CCTV / Access control products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and related equipment.
  • Document all aspects of installation and service calls.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on indoor and outdoor equipment.
  • Lift and climb as needed, travel and on-call as required.

Essential Functions
  • Strong organizational, time-management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, on-call schedule and travel overnight as needed
  • Follows safe and secure practices to safeguard against injury, damage to property and confidential information
Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install & repair all aspects of CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and associated peripheral equipment
  • Document all aspects of installation & service calls
  • Perform preventive maintenance on indoor & outdoor equipment as needed
  • Ability to pull wire
  • Ability to operate lifts/work at various heights
  • Abide by all customer and company safety standards
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Safety
  • Ability to lift an 80 lb. extension ladder
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds
  • Ability to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, utilizing fall protection
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
Education
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturer Certifications: Honeywell, Kantech, American Dynamics, Prowatch, Victor, VMS or other types of security platforms
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and computers
  • Ability to effectively use hand and power tools
  • Experience with CCTV / Access control products and services
