Job summary

S&K Building Services in New Orleans is hiring a Service Technician to perform pressure/soft wash cleaning and window cleaning for commercial buildings. You’ll work with professional equipment, on lifts, and on job sites across the area.

No prior experience is required—we train you from day one. You’ll stay active, work outdoors or indoors, and participate in safety meetings while growing with a growing company that rewards hard work with promotion opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Transform buildings with streak-free window cleaning and professional pressure/soft washing
• Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
• Work on aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts to access mid-level and elevated areas
• Set up and break down water-fed pole systems and job equipment
• Communicate with clients on-site and deliver standout service from start to finish
• Leave every job site spotless; no mess, no shortcuts
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next job
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and stay sharp in the field

S&K Building Services is growing nationwide and we're looking for driven, hands‑on professionals to join our team as a Service Technician who performs Pressure/Soft wash Cleaning & Window Cleaning. • You're adaptable and ready to work indoors or outdoors in changing conditions
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
