S&K Building Services is expanding across the United States and is seeking a Service Technician to perform pressure/soft wash cleaning and window cleaning. You will work with professional-grade tools, operate lifts, and contribute to a growing team known for promoting from within.

No experience is required—training is provided. Expect to work outdoors, lift up to 60 lbs, and interact with clients, with weekly safety meetings and ongoing growth opportunities at S&K.

Responsibilities

• Transform buildings with streak-free window cleaning and professional pressure/soft washing.
• Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Work on aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts to access mid-level and elevated areas.
• Set up and break down water-fed pole systems and equipment.
• Communicate with clients on-site and deliver standout service from start to finish.
• Leave every job site spotless no mess, no shortcuts.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and stay sharp in the field.
