Innovative Oil Solutions is seeking a Service Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in New Braunfels, TX. You will perform maintenance and repair on compressed air, pumps, and related systems, including diagnostics, and support turnkey installations and upgrades.

You will interact with customers to explain findings, recommend solutions, and uphold safety procedures while documenting work and collaborating with the team to ensure reliable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance and repair skills for industrial equipment.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and system performance issues.
• Field service experience, including on-site work at customer facilities and safety compliance.
• Customer service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build relationships.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, pumps, and nitrogen generation is beneficial.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work orders; use diagnostic tools and basic hand/power tools.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally for field service work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or electrical fields is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Description

The Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in New Braunfels, TX. This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on compressed air, pump, and related industrial systems, including routine inspections, diagnostics, and corrective actions. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, completing field service calls at customer locations, and supporting turnkey installations and upgrades. The Service Technician documents work performed, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with the team to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. The role also involves direct customer interaction to explain findings, recommend solutions, and support a high level of service and accountability.
