Job summary

Joe Water is seeking a motivated home services installer to join our Naples team. You will install and maintain residential water treatment systems, test and troubleshoot, and ensure equipment is properly placed during on-site visits.

We value hands-on problem solving, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work independently while following written procedures. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with the ability to pass a DOT health card and drug screen.

Who You Are

• Ability to install and maintain residential water treatment systems, including filtration, purification, softening, and other related equipment.
• Willing to collaborate with clients to assess their water treatment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Perform on-site visits to conduct installations, ensuring proper placement and connection of equipment.
• Possess knowledge to test and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
• Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and able to pass the DOT health card.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
