Job summary

New Hampshire WaterCare is seeking a self-motivated installer with hands-on mechanical skills to install and service residential water treatment systems across the Milford area.

You will perform on-site visits, test and troubleshoot equipment, and work closely with clients to recommend effective solutions. A high school diploma and 3+ years plumbing experience are preferred; background check required. We offer training, health benefits, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years plumbing experience preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential water treatment systems (filtration, purification, softening, and related equipment).
• Perform on-site visits for installations and proper equipment placement.
• Test and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Follow written or verbal directions and documented procedures.
• Lift and carry heavy equipment and work in varied environments.
• Maintain proficiency with computerized systems as required.

Who You Are

• Ability to install and maintain residential water treatment systems, including filtration, purification, softening, and other related equipment.
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Willing to collaborate with clients to assess their water treatment needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Perform on-site visits to conduct installations, ensuring proper placement and connection of equipment.
• Possess knowledge to test and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
• Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Able to pass a back round check
• Pay scaling depending on filtration/plumbing experience
• 3+ Years Plumbing experience desired
