Job summary

Orkin is hiring motivated individuals to join a hands-on team protecting homes and businesses. No prior pest control experience is needed thanks to our award-winning paid training program.

You’ll work on pest and home protection installations, perform attic and crawlspace services, and contribute to customer satisfaction while building a stable, recession-resistant career. Roles include light carpentry, team collaboration, and maintaining equipment with paid training and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable in varying weather, confined spaces, and on roofs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.
