Orkin LLC in Eden Prairie seeks motivated individuals with construction or home-improvement experience for a stable, recession-proof career. No pest-control experience is required—the award-winning training program will prepare you to succeed.

You’ll inspect and install pest and home protection systems as part of a technician crew, perform attic and crawlspace work, and handle light carpentry. Competitive pay starts at $20–$22 per hour with benefits and provided tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics or crawlspaces.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces
• You must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required
