Job summary

Plunkett's is hiring a Service Technician to own a defined route, serve homes and businesses, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll set your schedule, manage your territory, and pursue sales to grow the route.

Training pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with uncapped sales incentives. You’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package and extensive training to earn licenses, in a supportive, family-owned environment.

As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This Route services Delano, Medina, Long Lake, and the surrounding areas!

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
