Job summary

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage your own pest-control route, service homes and businesses, and build solid customer relationships across Brainerd, Baxter, and nearby areas.

Training pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with uncapped sales incentives; you set your schedule and grow your route with support from a family-owned team. Full benefits, training/licensing, and a tablet with company vehicle are provided.

• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.

As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route services Brainerd, Baxter, and surrounding areas.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

Physical requirements

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
