The role requires strong diagnostic skills, solid communication, and the ability to work with parts and service advisors. ASE certification is preferred and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work as assigned per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Road-test vehicles when required and ensure proper safety.
• Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Attend factory training and stay updated on bulletins.
• Maintain a neat, clean shop and proper tool accounting.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a skilled and diligent General Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Job Purpose: A Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
