• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and following repair manuals.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on equipment including field service.
• Documents diagnostics and repairs accurately on repair orders.
• Participates in required training programs to advance skills.
• Maintains vehicle and tool condition and safety standards.
• Mentors Apprentices and junior technicians.
