Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician at Overland Flats in Maricopa, AZ. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structures, while ensuring timely, professional responses to work orders.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Salary Description

$22.00 – $25.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
