Mindray North America is seeking an electronics technician in Mahwah, NJ to troubleshoot products and circuit boards to the component level and to generate service documentation using Salesforce/Servicemax. You will provide customers with repair estimates by phone or fax and support field personnel with timely technical assistance.

The role requires a technical degree (AAS) in electronics and at least three years of hands-on troubleshooting, with the ability to read schematics and operate test

Competenze

• Must possess at minimum a technical school degree (AAS) or equivalent in electronics
• Must have a minimum of three years troubleshooting experience to the component level
• Must have the ability to read and interpret schematics
• Must have the ability to use test equipment including an oscilloscope, digital voltmeter and calibration simulator
• Must possess good communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to perform light lifting, approx. 15 pounds, and be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Position requires sufficient visual acuity to read fine print, operate equipment, and perform detailed tasks

Essential Functions:
