Job summary

Mission Rock Residential LLC in League City, TX is seeking a Service Technician to deliver quality resident service while handling maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pools. You’ll diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness across properties.

Your day will involve responding to requests promptly, coordinating with the service team, and upholding our resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification is desired/required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness, escalate to Service Manager/Property Manager as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
