Pay Rate: $22.00-27.00/hour*

Primary Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Communicate repair status updates with customer and branch office.
• Order parts as needed and communicate with the branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and promptly.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to standards and safety protocols.
• Meet on-call requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's license and a driving record that meets safety standards.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• At least 1 year of applicable experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; electrical, mechanical, and installation skills are a plus.
• Journeyman License or CFESA certification is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good driving record.

Working / Environmental Conditions:

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds frequently; more with assistance.
• Repeated bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing ladders.
• Extensive travel to job sites.
• Exposure to heat from grease and high-temperature environments.
• On-call weekend rotation (varies by branch).
