Deery Brothers CDJR of Iowa City is seeking a Stellantis Phase 3 Technician to diagnose and repair Stellantis-brand vehicles, perform factory maintenance, and utilize WiTECH with precision. The role emphasizes quality work, safety, and accurate documentation, supporting growth within a busy service department.

Ideal candidates hold Stellantis Phase 3 Certification, demonstrate hands-on diagnostic expertise, and show a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Stellantis Phase 3 Certification for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicles.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools such as WiTECH.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Stellantis Phase 3 Certification: Demonstrated expertise with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Proven Experience: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and more.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in using OEM diagnostic tools, such as WiTECH, to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to performing high-quality work the first time, every time.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced service environment.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with a focus on Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat).
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance and repairs according to OEM standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify complex issues.
• Maintain accurate repair and diagnostic records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Stay up to date with the latest technical training and certifications.

Requirements:
