Zagers Pool & Spa in West Michigan is seeking an experienced Service Technician for a full-time role. You will repair pool and spa equipment at customers’ homes, open and close pools, perform maintenance, and assist with on-call emergencies.

We require at least 2 years of industry experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication with customers and the service team. We offer a competitive benefit package, growth opportunities, and a dynamic, outdoor-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of pool or spa technician experience.
Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
Willingness to become a Certified Technician.
Basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices.
Operate power and hand tools safely.
Willingness to develop customer service skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work outside in all types of weather.
Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
Neat and clean appearance.

Responsibilities

Repair pool and spa equipment at the customer’s home.
Open and close pools & spas.
Pool & spa maintenance.
Be punctual and dependable, arrive at scheduled time.
Relocate between job sites as dispatched.
Communicate with dispatcher when arriving and leaving sites.
Complete service work orders accurately and timely.
Communicate with customer courteously and effectively.
On call status for emergency service as required.
Work as a member of the Service Team.
