Job summary

Zagers Pool & Spa, a West Michigan industry leader with 60 years in business and four retail locations, is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the team. This full-time role involves repairing pool and spa equipment at customer homes, opening and closing pools, and performing maintenance while delivering friendly, on-time service.

Candidates should have at least two years of pool or spa experience, be mechanically inclined, and willing to learn and pursue certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pool or spa technician experience.
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
• Desire to become a Certified Technician.

Responsibilities

• Repair pool and spa equipment at customer homes.
• Open and close pools and spas; perform maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatcher and customers professionally.
• Be on-call for emergency service as required.
