Shea Apartments in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Service/Maintenance Technician to act as the on-site expert for maintenance at the apartment community. You will perform both regular and preventive repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting building issues, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and general maintenance, with a focus on safety and customer service. This role offers a competitive wage and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, EPA, carpentry, painting and CPO certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is valued.

Requirements - Service Technician (Maintenance):

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walking, sitting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling, and climb a ladder.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., including equipment and materials.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call (after hours) in case of an emergency.
