EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding pest-control service during scheduled visits in Colorado. You will inspect, treat interior and exterior areas, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.

Responsibilities

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $15.00 - $16.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

Physical Demands And Working Requirements

• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
