Job summary

Alliance Laundry System in Denver is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment on customer sites. You will install replacement parts, document service activities, and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of mechanical repair experience; electrical diagnostic tools and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of mechanical repair experience; laundry equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of electrical testing tools and/or other diagnostic/programming tools.
• Experience in telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
