Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment on-site across our Denver-based territory. You will install parts, document work orders and travel, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in mechanical repair, strong electrical diagnostic skills, and proficiency with MS Office; a valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical repair experience; laundry equipment experience preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of electrical testing tools and/or other diagnostic tools.
• Experience with telephone and email/ticketing dispatch systems is preferred.
• Proficient using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment on-site (On Premises Laundry & Vended).
• Install replacement parts as needed.
• Accurately document all service activities, including time and materials.
• Accurately document all travel activities, including mileage and fuel purchases.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair work to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with service manager, parts department, and vendors to facilitate accurate work product.
• Maintain tools, service equipment, and service vehicle (company supplied).
• Assist the install crews with equipment installations and deliveries.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.

Educationand Experience:

Travel:

• Travel will be substantial within the assigned service territory.

Standard and Physical Requirements:

• Position involves sitting, standing,walking, kneeling,squatting,stooping, bending,climbingandmanual dexterity.

• Positionrequires the ability tolift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.frequently. For greater weightitemsassistive devices will be provided.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required totalk andhear;and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.The specificconditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjustfocus.

• Musthave a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle may be provided.

• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
