Job summary

Elevated HR Consulting is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, with light commercial experience a plus.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, testing performance, documenting work orders, and communicating clearly with customers. Schedule is Monday–Friday at 8:00 AM with on-call rotation; some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations within the last 5 years.
• Residential HVAC experience required.
• Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
