Job summary

Frank’s Mr. Plumber is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and guide customers to informed purchasing decisions.

You will maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams, keep the company truck clean and stocked, and participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional. A Journeyman license is preferred and Service Titan experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a related role.
• Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Journeyman Plumber preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.

• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
