The Field Service Technician will provide superior customer service by performing repairs and maintenance services on Renewal by Andersen products. **Responsibilities:*** Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.* Analyzes customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner.* Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.* Coach, train and mentor Service Techs.* Keep service area neat and organized; inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Service RSRs.* Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.* Advanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.* Other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Qualifications:*** High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record.* Ability to service and repair previously installed windows & doors.
