• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections on small engines and power equipment
• Accurately document service records, repair orders, and parts used
• Communicate repair status and recommendations clearly to customers and service advisors
• Order and manage parts inventory needed for repairs and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop standards
• Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and industry updates

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced shop environment
• Must provide own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided
