As our new Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating end-to-end service activities that keep our customers' pump and water technology systems running at peak performance, from scheduling and dispatching field technicians to managing service orders and ensuring timely resolution of customer needs. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring every service interaction is efficiently coordinated, accurately documented, and delivered on time.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule service activities including installations, maintenance, and repairs for field service technicians
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service requests from intake through completion

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service operations
• Proficiency with ERP or service management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience in the pump, HVAC, or industrial equipment service industry
• Familiarity with service contract management and warranty processes
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
