We are seeking a talented and motivated Service Technician to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, service, program, test, and inspect fire alarm systems.
• Ensure equipment is functional and operational.
• Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems to identify repairs.
• Replace system components such as panels, alarms, etc.
• Provide technical support to customers, including remote diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Coordinate with managers and dispatchers to complete service and work orders efficiently.
• Update dispatcher and/or manager on the status of service calls.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of fire alarm troubleshooting and system programming experience.
• Customer service experience with fire alarm programming, Notifier, Gamewell/FCI, high-rise fire alarm panels.
• Availability to work overtime.
• Valid A, B, C, or D MA license.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
