About the Job

Our Service Technicians are multi-functional, inspecting buildings and performing repairs or readiness work, including framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and more on our fleet of modular buildings. A focus on quality and safety is essential for this role!

What You'll Be Doing

Safety/Environment

• Follow Williams Scotsman Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
• Promote safety through training, observations, and assessments.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate company vehicle safely with a valid driver’s license and a clean record.

Fleet & Resource Efficiency

• Perform repairs on mobile office trailers, including carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Conduct check-in/out inspections, create floor plans, and perform modifications as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment.
• Provide customer service, explain repairs, and ensure trailers are ready for delivery.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Perform HVAC maintenance as per guidelines and perform duties at field locations as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and good communication skills.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required; electrical, plumbing, and welding experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
