Job summary

Leslie’s, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician Assistant to support seasonal pool services, including spring openings and winter closings. You will assist with installing and removing safety and winter covers and help store and prepare covers at customer properties.

You will work closely with the Service Technician, ensuring services are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer care while maintaining professional appearance in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Technician with installation and removal of safety covers during winter and spring service visits
• Support technicians during pool winterization and spring opening services
• Provide assistance during the installation of pool equipment when needed
• Assist with installation of replacement vinyl liners
• Clean, fold, and store pool covers at customer locations
• Maintain the highest level of customer service through professional and courteous interactions
• Follow all company safety guidelines, driving standards, and workplace policies
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing Leslie’s in the field

Job Overview

As a Service Technician Assistant, you will support the Service Technician with seasonal pool services, including spring pool openings and winter closings. This role assists with the installation and removal of safety and winter covers, as well as cleaning, folding, and properly storing covers at customer properties.

You will work closely with and report directly to the Service Technician assigned to you each day, helping ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer care.

Pay Rate: $15.00 /Hourly
