Day‑to‑Day Impact: As a Service Technician, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping customer operations running smoothly. You’ll install, inspect, repair, and maintain industrial dock and door equipment in the field while delivering the high level of professionalism and service that defines Rite‑Hite. You’ll manage your own service calls, troubleshoot issues on‑site, and take ownership of delivering the right solution for the customer. This role offers a mix of independent work and team collaboration, along with hands‑on training and a clear path to grow your technical skills and advance your career.
The hiring range for this position in USA-MN-Arden Hills is $25.70–$35.30 per hour based on a 40‑hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
